The business was founded in 2004.

From humble beginnings  in 2004 the business has met repeated success and have successfully delivered landmark projects with large builders and mining partners. These include Westfield Shopping Centres, Albany Entertainment Centre, Perth Children’s Hospital, WAIMR, Acacia Prison, NPi projects in the Pilbra to name a few.

EXZO Pty Ltd specialises in partnering with Tier 1 construction and mine site operators to deliver subcontracting services for carpentry packages, internal and external wall structures and lining, specialty feature linings to walls and ceilings on large scale commercial & industrial projects, interior fit outs & refurbishment.

Our business has been built on a strong foundation of performance, team management, efficient processes and the ability to deliver on time a quality finish and to agreed budgets.

To provide subcontracting needs to the construction of commercial buildings and industrial and mine site developments including building works in commercial refurbishment and retail spaces to our Clients needs and expectations.
