Oasis Luxury Development

Showcasing EXZO’s GRC cladding and structural steel works at the Oasis Development project. The feature GRC cladding, being Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete, plays a key role in shaping the project’s distinctive curved architecture, from the external entry façade through to the internal arched walkway. As part of this scope, EXZO also fabricated and installed the structural steel framing required to support and carry the GRC panels, helping achieve the complex curved forms throughout the project. This required careful set out, detailed coordination and quality workmanship to deliver the flowing shapes, curved panels and clean architectural finish.
